We are looking for companies with strong cash flow profiles, a path to scale through organic growth or acquisition, and defensible competitive positioning. We generally seek to purchase majority or in whole, and operate or partner with like minded entrepreneurs and owner-operators. Our long-term and flexible capital structure enables us to move quickly as well as evaluate atypical investment structures. Our goal is to own our companies forever.
